  • 140g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Zest 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp small capers, lightly chopped
  • 8 servings or 1 side fresh salmon, scaled (see tips below if using whole)
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Cook a full side of salmon
If you are using a whole side of salmon instead of fillets, fry it at 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6
Boil for 25 minutes or cook on foil in a kettle
Grill for 15 minutes. Check regularly
as cooking times vary
the thickness of the fish.
