  • 200 ml elderflower syrup

  • 2 x 1l bottles of soda water, chilled

  8. Strain the mixture again into the liquid already collected in the bowl or jug

  10. Discard the rest of the pulp
  11. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve
  12. To serve, fill glasses with a few ice cubes and a few mint leaves
  13. Pour enough cucumber base into the jars to fill them halfway
  14. Fill the glasses with soda water
