  • 4 cloves of garlic, very finely chopped
  • 2 red chili peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • 2 small or 1 large celeriac, peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes
  • Splash of white wine (optional)
