  • 25g raisins
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • small handful of sunflower seeds
  • 6 tbsp (50 g) porridge
  • 300 g cup of probiotic natural yogurt with 0% fat

  5. For the porridge: Pour 400 ml of water into a small non-stick pan and stir in the porridge.
  6. Cook over low heat until bubbly and thickened.

  8. Stir in the yogurt – or halve it and top with the rest.
