Ingredients

  • 200 ml (½ large glass) coconut milk (we used Kara Dairy Free)
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk yogurt (we used Coyo)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds (we used Linwoods)
  • 120g (¼ bag) frozen mango pieces
  • 1 passion fruit, to finish (optional)

Preparation steps

  1. Measure out all the ingredients or use a tall glass to speed things up – it doesn’t have to be precise.
  2. Place the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Puree the ingredients until a smooth mixture is formed.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass (it’s enough to refill) or into two short tumblers.
  5. If using, halve the passion fruit.
  6. Scrape the passion fruit seeds over the smoothie.
