  • 100g marzipan
  • 100g fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 4 cooking apples (Bramleys are best)
  • 6 tbsp water
  • Add vanilla sauce or clotted cream to serve
