  • 50g dried egg noodles
  • 350g bag of vegetable pan
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 green chili pepper, finely chopped

Preparation steps

  1. Put the kettle on.
  2. Cut the remaining chicken into small pieces.
  3. Pour the sauce into a jug and fill to 1 liter with boiling water from the kettle.
  4. Pour into a pot and bring to the boil.
  5. Add noodles, stir-fry vegetables, spring onions, chili and chicken.
  6. Simmer quickly for 5 minutes until the noodles are tender.
  7. Serve with crusty bread.
