Ingredients

  • 500g sweet cherries, washed and pitted
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Zest and ¼ orange
  • 85g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 100 ml crème fraîche

  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
  • 75 ml double cream
  • 3 tbsp flour
