- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100g fresh or dried breadcrumbs

- 4 turkey steaks, about 500 g in total, if thick, thin them out with a rolling pin
- 3 thick cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 x 400g cans of chopped tomatoes

- 125g ball mozzarella, drained and sliced, or a handful of another melting cheese such as Cheddar or Gruyère
- 350g spaghetti
- Put the flour in a bowl with some spices.
- Whisk the egg in another bowl with a splash of water.
- Place breadcrumbs and rosemary in another bowl.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over the top and rub with your fingers until the breadcrumbs are slightly moist.
- Dredge the turkey steaks in flour, dusting off excess flour.
