  • 200g can of tuna, whatever kind you have in the cupboard
  • ½ bunch of spring onions, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 thick slices of grain or wholemeal bread
  • 50 g Cheddar, coarsely grated
  • generous pinch of paprika

Preparation steps

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
