- 20g dried porcini mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large sausages, e.g. B. Italian or Cumberland sausages (if using Cumberland sausages, add a pinch of fennel seeds to the meat when cooking)

- 1-2 tsp chili flakes
- 125 ml white wine
- 150 ml double cream
- grated nutmeg
- large handful of flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
