  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 150 g chorizo, skinless, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1½ l chicken broth
  • 2 heads of broccoli (approx. 800 g), cut into florets
  • 150g Gruyère, grated
  • 3 tbsp double cream

Preparation steps

  1. Dry fry the mustard and fennel seeds over medium heat until the mustard seeds begin to burst.
  2. Using a pestle and mortar, grind the seeds into a fine powder.
