- 100g mixed radishes, cut into different shapes
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Pinch of powdered sugar
- 1 large avocado
- Juice ½ lime
- a pinch of chili flakes
- 4 slices of your favorite bread (we used sourdough)
- 2 eggs, boiled until soft for 6 minutes, then rinsed under cold water, peeled and halved)
