Porridge adds additional nutrition as it is an excellent source of fiber and provides important minerals such as manganese and phosphorus.

2. The natural goodness of beetroot

Beetroot, one of the main ingredients, is packed with essential nutrients. It contains fiber, folic acid, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. Additionally, it is known for its high nitrate content, which can help improve athletic performance and lower blood pressure.

3. Health-promoting compounds in onions

The caramelized onions not only enhance the flavor but also provide several health benefits. Onions are known for their high antioxidant content, especially quercetin. Quercetin has anti-inflammatory and potentially anti-cancer effects, making it a valuable addition to your diet.

4. Eggs and milk for protein

The addition of eggs and milk in this recipe ensures a good amount of protein. Eggs are considered a complete source of protein because they contain all the essential amino acids the body needs.
