  • 284 ml pot of cream
  • 1 large bunch of basil, leaves and stems torn off, plus extra leaves for serving
  • 300g good quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 50g golden powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 250 g strawberries, peeled and halved
