  • 320 g ready-rolled puff pastry with whole butter
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g ground almonds
  • 1 lemon, grated
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 3 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 25g almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

  9. Scatter the flaked almonds over it.
  10. Bake for 50 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
  12. Dust with powdered sugar.
